How can I get a refund for a payment?

From the top right drop down menu select Settings

 

From the Settings Menu, Select Payments

Click on the payment you have issue with

Click on the Dispute button

Select Games Purchases and put a reason for the refund request in the box. Eg sock cash not credited, purchased by mistake.  Please  message us via the support link to let us know about the refund so we can make any fixes to the game.
